It really felt like summer had arrived yesterday – it was amazing! I happened to be doing a “real” fair which was exciting in itself, but the fact that the sun was shining and we were outside made it super special. Everyone was smiling, and it was so lovely to see people in summery clothes. I am so excited to get out of my jeans and wear a dress or a skirt!
This weekend the sun is apparently set to continue (although right now it’s drizzling here!) People often tell me that Fino Chorizo Jam is a game changer and I happen to agree with them, so if you haven’t tried it maybe now is the time to give it a go! It can simply be used as a chutney with cheese or baked potato (one of my faves is to have it with white fish), or you can add it to your cooking as it is in this rather yummy looking plate of Roasted Peppers stuffed with Burrata and Spicy Chorizo. The recipe might give you cooking and shopping inspiration at the same time!
