Just as it was on our wedding weekend it seems that we are going to have a rather mixed bag of weather this weekend too. Whether you are inside or out in my opinion there is nothing more delicious at this time of year than some yummy locally grown asparagus. I personally love it best when it's oven roasted. Just break off the woody ends, place on a baking tray, drizzle with Fino Olive Oil and a sprinkling of rock salt and place in the oven for about 10 mins. Serve topped with some lemon zest or parmesan shavings, or you could add a drizzle of Fino Dark or White Balsamic! We'll certainly be enjoying some and with a glass of something sparkling.
