WHISK TOGETHER AND THEN POUR INTO THE RAMEKINS TO ABOUT HALF WAY. PLACE IN THE OVEN FOR 10-12 MINS. THEY SHOULD HAVE RISEN WITH A SLIGHTLY CRACKED TOPPING BUT THE CENTRE WILL BE MOLTEN. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH A GOOD DOLLOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM.
