100G SUNFLOWER SEEDS, 100G PUMPKIN SEEDS, 150G CASHEW NUTS, 150G PECANS, 2 TBSP NIGELLA SEEDS, 4 TBSP FINO CHILLI OIL, 3 TBSP HONEY, LARGE HANDFUL OF ROSEMARY LEAVES, 3 TBSP HARISSA SPICE MIX, 1TBSP CHILLI FLAKES, GENEROUS AMOUNT OF SALT AND PEPPER
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 170 DEGREES FAN. TOSS ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL BAR THE CHILLI FLAKES AND HONEY AND RUB TOGETHER USING YOUR HANDS. COOK IN OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES, REMOVE AND ADD THE CHILLI FLAKES AND HONEY. MIX WELL AND RETURN TO THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER 3-5 MINUTES CHECKING THE NUTS DON’T BURN. LEAVE TO COOL FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN RESIST!
