FINELY CHOP THE GARLIC AND CAPERS AND ADD INTO A BOWL WITH THE CHOPPED HERBS AND PARMESAN. MIX TOGETHER AND SEASON TO TASTE. PLACE THE HERBY MIXTURE IN A DISH AND DRIZZLE OVER THE OLIVE OIL. SERVE WITH WARM CRUSTY BREAD.
