PLACE THE CAMEMBERT INTO AN OVEN PROOF DISH AND SURROUND WITH THE TOMATOES - CHOP THE GARLIC INTO SLICES AND POKE INTO THE TOP OF THE CAMEMBERT - DRIZZLE THE WHOLE LOT GENEROUSLY WITH OLIVE OIL, SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, AND A COUPLE OF SPRIGS OF ROSEMARY AND PLACE IN TO THE OVEN AT 180C FOR ABOUT 25 MINS. WHEN COOKED THE TOMATOES SHOULD BE ROASTED AND THE CAMEMBERT WILL BE SOFT IN THE CENTRE. SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH DELICIOUS WARM BREAD TO SOP UP ALL THE SCRUMMY GARLICKY TOMATO JUICES AND THE MELTED CHEESE
