I am aware that I have been a little quiet recently, particularly on social media because I'm not mad about it, but I can assure you that I am still here. There have been other things going on, one of which was a very lovely break in South Africa which was amazing. It all went too quickly and we are back at home now, but at least there is some spring sunshine here which is very welcome for the spring fairs - I will be at Phyllis Court Food & Drink Fairin Henley in 10 days time, and in May I am at The Watermill Theatre near Newbury, a really exciting sounding House Sale near Stockbridge, and a Garden Fair in Oxfordshire – all the details are on my website and it goes without saying I would love to see any of you who are able to come along – being with other stallholders and customers is a real joy for me.

WILD GARLIC PESTO ...
One of my all time favourite meals is good old Pesto Pasta – I’ve always loved it. With Wild Garlic in season right now it’s easy to change it up, swapping classic basil pesto for wild garlic pesto – luckily for me Ben made loads of Wild Garlic Pesto this week and it is a particularly good batch. Thank you gorgeous Benj - a lovely early Mothers Day surprise!
