After a couple of beautiful autumn days today is rather grey here in Oxford - a good day to be inside catching up with admin hence being in touch now.
A LITTLE SPANISH TRIP ...
We have been really lucky and have squeezed in four days in Spain. We did lots of sight seeing in Cordoba - I love the Alcazar and the incredible Mesquita - we also went to the bodega where the balsamics are produced, and then we headed to Malaga for a couple of days which was heaven.
WE'RE BACK OUT AND ABOUT ...
Back home and I am now in to the fair season again. I loved seeing some of you at The Early Early Christmas Fair and The Daisy Trust Fair – thank you so much everyone for coming out and supporting the charities – there are lots more fairs to come, both live and virtual (all on the website) and I am kicking off this week with the ROSY Online Autumn Fair – we are offering 10% off (plus 10% of sales go to the charity) – do have a look and if you want to grab a bargain from Fino or any of the other fab stallholders then use code ROSY - it runs from 10th-17th October (although you can use the code on my website this weekend too).
WARMING SOUP ...
Grey days call for warming soup and I have just made some rather yummy Sweet Potato, Chilli and Coconut Soup for the weekend. Hopefully there might be enough to put some in the freezer – love a bit of batch cooking!
