PLACE THE ONION, GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL INTO A SAUCEPAN AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT - ADD IN THE TOMATO PUREE, THE CHOPPED TOMATOES AND THE WHITE BEANS - SIMMER FOR 5 MINS BEFORE STIRRING IN THE KALE AND SPINACH AND THE CHORIZO JAM - SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER - POUR INTO AN OVEN PROOF DISH - TOP WITH MOZZARELLA SLICES, CHILLI FLAKES AND A DRIZZLE OF HONEY AND BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 180C FOR 10 MINS - SERVE TOPPED WITH GRATED PARMESAN
