660G JAR OF WHITE BEANS, OLIVE OIL, (YOU COULD USE CHILLI OIL IF YOU LIKE HEAT), LEMON JUICE, SALT AND PEPPER - I AM NOT GIVING EXACT QUANTITIES AS I DO IT ALL BY GUESS WORK BUT WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO END UP WITH IS A DIPPING CONSISTENCY - LIKE HUMMUS.
POUR ABOUT HALF THE WHITE BEANS WITH THE JUICE INTO A WHIZZER - ADD A REALLY GOOD GLUG OF OLIVE OIL AND A GOOD DASH OF LEMON JUICE - SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER - WHIZZ UNTIL SMOOTH (THIS SHOULD TAKE SECONDS) - IF IT IS TOO THICK ADD SOME MORE OLIVE OIL AND WHIZZ AGAIN. TASTE AND YOU WILL BE IN HEAVEN!
THERE ARE OBVIOUSLY OTHER BRANDS OF BEANS BUT ONE THING THAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THESE IS THAT THEY ARE SKINLESS, SO THE CONSISTENCY WILL BE SILKY SMOOTH.
