IN A SAUTÈ PAN, HEAT THE OLIVE OIL UNTIL HOT BUT NOT SMOKING. SAUTÈ THE GARLIC FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE, BEING CAREFUL NOT TO BURN! ADD THE MUSHROOMS AND COOK 1 MINUTE.
