BAG OF MIXED SALAD LEAVES, 2 RIPE PEARS, 75G ROASTED WALNUTS, 100G CRUMBLED FETA, FINO OLIVE OIL AND FINO WHITE BALSAMIC, ROCK SALT AND GROUND BLACK PEPPER
START BY SPREADING THE WALNUTS ON A BAKING SHEET AND ROAST AT 180C FOR 10-12 MINS (OR YOU COULD HEAT IN A FRYING PAN)
PEEL AND CORE THE PEARS AND SLICE THINLY. PLACE THE SALAD LEAVES IN A BOWL AND TOP WITH THE PEARS AND CRUMBLED FETA, THEN SPRINKLE OVER THE WARM WALNUTS. DRIZZLE GENEROUSLY WITH OLIVE OIL AND WHITE BALSAMIC, AND SEASON WITH ROCK SALT AND GROUND BLACK PEPPER.
