Well January is done! I know many people find January a tough month to get through but we have one highlight in our family which is Emily's birthday and I wanted to share this picture of my gorgeous girl who had her 30th birthday last week! We had such a fab time celebrating and I don't think she can be in any doubt about how much she is loved.
Talking of love it's about to be Valentine's Day and maybe we can help if you would like to spoil someone - as the saying goes 'food is the way to a man's heart', and you might even get to share it too!

Talking cheese if you want a very simple supper idea than this Quattro Formaggio Oven Roasted Butternut Squash is a great one, and it's a particularly good way to use up any cheese you may have in the fridge - you really can use anything, and a combination of cheeses makes it all the more tasty!
